There was a video released on April Fool's Day which mixed together Tekken with Galaga. It was thought to have been a joke at the time, but Bandai Namco has announced that the crossover is in fact real.
The game, which celebrates the 20th anniversary of Tekken, will be released in Japan on April 30 as a free download for iOS platforms.
Players control the Tekken character Heihachi Mishima as if he were a ship in Galaga, shooting at other Tekken characters.
