Hit indie fighting game Skullgirls is set to launch on the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 this summer. This version of the game - dubbed Skullgirls 2nd Encore - will also come with bonus content.

Here's a quick run-down of the added features for this version of the game:

Fully-voiced Story Mode.
Challenges - In challenges, players square off against opponents with a variety of unique battle conditions to test their mettle.
Trials - Trials test players’ skills by having them to perform combos. Trials are built on a new button-by-button instructional system to make learning combos easier and more intuitive than ever.
Survival Mode - Survival Mode pits players against an endless procession of foes.
