Android console maker Ouya started to look for a buyer in April of this year after it failed to restructure its debt. It's now being reported that Razer is in the process of acquiring Ouya, though no specific details have been provided.
Ouya raised just under $8.6 million through a Kickstarter campaign in 2012, and later raised $15 million from investors, such as Perkins and Mayfield Fund. It is currently the fifth largest Kickstarter campaign of all time.
