Armello Heading to PlayStation 4 and PC This September

Strategy game Armello will be landing on the PlayStation 4 and PC on September 1st. However, it will also be released on Steam Early Access on July 31st for £18.99/$24.99.

Zosha the Whisper rat and Barnaby the Screwloose rabbit are two new characters announced for the game. Zosha is a stealth character that sticks to cover, while Barnaby has the ability to switch out gadgets in his inventory.

"The public have had access to the first four heroes of Armello for a while now, but these characters bring all new levels of complexity, variety and replayability to Armello's gameplay," said developer League of Geeks founder Trent Kusters. "Playing a game knowing that Zosha could be lurking on any tile at night or Barnaby is likely to have the perfect tool for every situation, are game changers. It's another way we're delivering on the simple depth all great board tabletop experiences possess."

Armello is a strategy game played on a hexagonal board. Four animal kingdoms fight to take over the throne after the current king goes insane after being infected by an illness.
