Upcoming Wii U exclusive Super Mario Maker will include 99 Amiibo costumes. That means a costume for each currently known Amiibo (excluding Mii Fighters), as well as various Pokémon, Chibi Robo, and Animal Crossing characters.
Fortunately, these costumes will be obtainable even if you don’t own any Amiibos. As hinted during the Treehouse Live, it has been confirmed that you can unlock all of the costumes by completing the 100 Mario Challenges.
Super Mario Maker will release on Wii U on September 11th 2015.
