New Chinese Console Steals PS4 Design, Xbox One Controller & Ouya Innards

A new Chinese video game console is being crowdfunded on the Chinese equivalent of Kickstarter.

The console uses a similar design to the PlayStation 4, copies the Xbox One's controller, and is based on the specs of the Ouya.

The console is called the OUYE and is running a modified version of Android, which means it will be a little bit more powerful than the Ouya, but not by much. The console will retail for around $70 if successfully crowdfunded.

The console, which was developed by a Shenzhen company, has a crowdfunding goal of $15,000. The company claims it took six months to work on the "unique design".
