The Nintendo 3DS port of Hyrule Warriors will include Toon Link has a playable character, according to the latest issue of Famitsu, as translated by Gematsu.
Toon Link joins Tetra and the King of Hyrule as new playable characters in the game. All three are from the GameCube game The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker and will also be playable in the Wii U version of the game if you own the 3DS version.
Toon Link will be playable in all game modes except for Legend Mode and he boasts a free-flowing battle style.
Hyrule Warriors Legends is set to release in 2016 for the Nintendo 3DS.
