Indie title Crashnauts will be heading to the PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam if the Kickstarter campaign for the game successfully achieves its funding goal of $40,000.
The Kickstarter campaign, which started earlier today, has already managed to raise more than $2,000. If the campaign hits $50,000 then the game will also come to Nintendo's Wii U.
"Crashnauts is a 2D arena shooter that focuses on fluid and precise player movement, brutal fast paced combat, and objective based gametypes," Fueled By Rockets' Marc Call told the PlayStation Blog. "We’ve taken some of the best game mechanics from the twitch shooter games of the 90’s and made it our own."
Crashnauts is expected to release in September 2016.
