Developer Level-5 has revealed that the Yo-kai Watch franchise has passed the 10 million units shipped milestone. It was only in March of this year that the franchise passed 7 million units shipped.
The vast majority of these sales come from Japan (the original Yo-kai Watch for the Nintendo 3DS only just released in North America last month).
Level-5 plans to release both Yo-Kai Watch 3 and Yo-Kai Watch X Romance of the Three Kingdoms in Japan next year, so expect to hear news of a new sales milestone for the franchise shortly after they release.
