Chalk this one up in the 'well duh!' category, but it's good to get confirmation nonetheless. The confirmation comes courtesy of a Jack Tretton interview with Bloomberg Businessweek. He said:
"People will have opportunities to play it... there'll be multiple unveils," followed by: "There will be a lot of playable content on the floor [at E3]. It's not a consumer show but consumers will get their opportunities to play before it ships," which may refer not only to upcoming conferences such as Gamescom, the Tokyo Game Show and the Eurogamer Expo, but possibly store demos and other marketing events which are more consumer-friendly, rather than media-oriented.
