Ubisoft CEO, Yves Guillemot, in an interview with Kotaku has confirmed that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is indeed in the pipeline, or something like that at any rate. Here are his exact words:
"I don't give comments anymore on Beyond Good & Evil 2," Guillemot said, "because I think... the next time next time we communicate we have to have something new," followed by: "It's coming."
Mixed news then for Beyond Good & Evil fans. On the one hand at least Ubisoft haven't forgotten about the franchise, on the other the long wait continues and Beyond Good & Evil 2 doesn't look like it'll be releasing for quite some time, even if they do intend to make the long-awaited sequel.
