Capcom has announced Resident Evil 7 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC, and PlayStation VR.
The debut trailer for the game, which will be entirely in first person and seeks to genuinely take the series back to its horror roots, was unveiled during Sony's E3 press conference.
Resident Evil 7 will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC on 24th January, 2017. The entire game has also been confirmed to be playable with PlayStation VR.
Finally, a demo of the game is available to download for all PlayStation Plus users right now.
