Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus

So Insomniac has revealed that they are working on a new Ratchet and Clank for the PS3. They confirmed that it is a core game and that it will pick up off of where A Crack in Time left off. Recently, they revealed a new trailer, which had one ENORMOUS surprise. A little girl in the background, narrating as scenes from A Crack in Time role and scenes from Nexus are shown. The surprise came when she said these lines "And I know my brother will find me". The little girl is heard saying this when a lombax like figure is shown inside of a tube, with Ratchet and Clank watching as it is closed up. So far, i am hyped for the game because they returned to the whole "Lombax discovery" story, and also because Ratchet could have a sister (or another Lombax is introduced and they must save that one's sister).

During the reveal, we didn't know much about the story besides it having a spooky mood to it. We also saw that it looked a little cartoonish, using the All 4 One model over the Crack in Time model. But at this time, we didnt care, its a new Ratchet and Clank! But seeing as the story could be incredibly serious (with some added humor), the caroonish feel kind of gets in the way. But like i said, its Ratchet and Clank! In this game, it's the story that matters and the gameplay that backs it up.

I personally do not care for this. Instead, i am excited, hyped, and just happy that we are finally getting a real Ratchet and Clank game. But, what do you guys think? Does this story reveal and other stuff bother you? I know there are a lot of people out there upset over the model.
