Deadline has reported that Justin Kerzel (The Snowtown Murders, The Turning) will direct the upcoming Assassin's Creed movie, starring Michael Fassbender.
Assassin's Creed will be the second collaboration between Kurzel and Fassbender, who recently finished filming a new adaptation of Macbeth, set for a 2015 release.
Assassin's Creed is scheduled to release May 22nd, 2015, although no filming date has been set. It is reported that 20th Century Fox is eager to get filming started soon.
