Today Microsoft revealed RoomAlive, a more refined version of their IllumiRoom project. Microsoft say that it can turn any room into an augmented reality play room. The three minute video they've released for the project shows off numerous mini-games.
Microsoft haven't revealed if this will ever become a consumer product or not, but this is the second prototype that we've seen to-date, so it could well be a project Microsoft wish to bring to market in the future.
