Titanfall's Latest Update to Add New Mode & Other Features

In what's being billed as the most significant Titanfall update to-date, Titanfall 'Game Update Eight' will add a brand new cooperative game mode called Frontier Defense.

In Frontier Defense you can group together with up to three other players in order to defend a vital objective from increasingly intense waves of AI combatants. Enemies will consist of familiar targets as well as some new units: hordes of Grunts and Spectres, stealthy Sniper Spectres and Cloak Drones, explosive Suicide Spectres and Nuclear Titans, ranged Mortar Titans, and melee-resistant Arc Titans.

On top of that, Update Eight will introduce a ranked play beta, Sudden Death CTF, a map star system, a full screen mini-map option, new Titan insignias, private match burn card sets, and a whole host of additional improvements and features.
