When Ubisoft launched Assassin's Creed Unity earlier this month, it was subject to numerous bug and framerate complaints. Character models would disappear during cinematics and there were performance issues on all platforms.
To try and make amends to Unity owners, Ubisoft have announced that they'll be making the first piece of DLC - Dead Kings - free for all players.
"To show our appreciation for your continued support, we're making the upcoming Assassin's Creed Unity Dead Kings DLC free for everyone" Yannis Mallet, CEO of Ubisoft Montreal said on the Ubisoft blog.
Players who purchased the Season Pass will now get a free Ubisoft game, and will be able to choose from one of the following:
The Crew
Far Cry 4
Watch Dogs
Assassin's Creed Black Flag
Rayman Legends
Just Dance 2015
This free game must be redeemed by the 15th of March 2015.
