Vance Travers was the co-leader, alongside his brother Upton Travers, of the Nassau Assassin Bureau and a minor character in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
In 1717, Vance recruited the pirate Edward Kenway to eliminate the leader of a smuggling ring in the city. Unknown to Kenway, the smuggler was in fact Vance's brother, Upton, and Vance had formed a relationship with the Templar Jing Lang, betraying the Order. After failing to return Vance to the fold, Kenway was forced to kill both Vance and Lang.
