Ancient Apparition is a character found in the video game Dota 2. He is a ranged intelligence hero who fights for the Dire faction.
He is currently one of the more popular support heroes in the metagame, thanks primarily to his ultimate which can deal immense amounts of AoE damage and which prevents all forms of healing.
His skillset is rounded out by a slow and magic damage amplifier, a somewhat unreliable disable and nuke, and an AoE active which significantly buffs the damage output of allies under its affect.
