Nils is a secondary character from Fire Emblem, and makes minor appearences in the DLC and SpotPass content in Fire Emblem: Awakening.
Nils is a bard and the brother of the dancer Ninian. He is encountered in Lyn's mode as he and his sister are being chased by the Black Fang. After assissting Lyn in defeating her cruel uncle Lundgren, they leave again on a journey. In the main story, he and his sister are found on Valor as Nergal's prisoners. Eliwood rescues them as he flees the island, and the mysterious origins of the twins remain a constant background plot of the game. Their interchangeable roles cause him to share his stats and abilities with his sister.
