Valkyrie is the main character from the Valkyrie series of games. She is the child of a god and protects Marvel Land from the evil clutches of villains. In Valkyrie no Boken: Toki no Kagi Densetsu, she descends from the sky to thwart the plans of Zouna. In the sequel, Valkyrie no Densetsu, she once again has to descend to stop Kamooz's evil plans.
She has made numerous appearances outside of the Valkyrie series, such as a playable character in Namco Super Wars, Namco x Capcom and Namco Chronicle. Valkyrie has also made cameo appearances in a lot of games, including multiple titles in the Tales series, Marvel Land, as well as an alternate costume for Cassandra Alexandra in SoulCalibur II. She also appears as a Solo Unit in the crossover game, Project X Zone.
