Balrog is a bento box creature and antagonist in the video game Cave Story and Cave Story 3D. Like Misery, he is cursed with the Demon Crown curse and is therefore a servant to the Demon Crown's owner, the Doctor. He is often treated poorly by Misery, frequently being used as a punching bag.
