Alecto is one of the three Furies that Kratos will fight in God of War: Ascension, which were created from the madness and a war that was raged between the Primordials. They were tasked with punishing the treacherous and wicked. Her sisters are Megaera and Tisiphone.
Alecto calls herself the Queen of the Furies, making her the leader of the three of them. She is able to ensnare her enemies in some sort of black goo, rendering them immobile. She is also able to transform into a gigantic sea monster, with tentacles and able to spit the same goo.
