Sundowner is the unofficial leader of the Desperado Enforcement PMC. as well as one of the members of the Winds of Destruction, alongside Mistral and Monsoon. His name was derived from the wind condition that occurs in Southern California.
Equipped with two huge high-frequency machetes known as 'bloodlust' and wearing a customized cyborg suit, he is nicknamed "doom", and feared by other cyborgs.
