Valus is a Maker and, along with his sister Alya, resides in Tri-Stone in Darksiders II, where he crafts weapons and armor for Alya to sell. While Valus handles all the work, Alya speaks for the both of them.
After reigniting The Forge, Alya and Valus create the Maker's Key, which allows Death to activate constructs, great stone machines that help Death awaken the Guardian and reach the Tree of Life.
