Zagara is a Zerg character in Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm whose goal was to gather as many zerg creatures around her and rule the Swarm. As her wish was caused by the absence of a greater intelligence such as the Overmind, she became a leader until she met Sarah Kerrigan. Zagara joined Kerrigan to learn more about how a leader should think and act.
