General Monkey is one of the twelve generals that serve under the Moon Bear King in Puppeteer. Despite being completely loyal to the Moon Bear King, he loves to scheme and doesn't confront Kutaro directly, usually trying to lure him into traps. He also seems to use General Dog as a guard dog, instead of treating him as his equal.
