General Dragon is one of the twelve generals that serve under the Moon Bear King in Puppeteer. He acts like a mobster of sorts, as he tends to always say, "Forget about it," and obeys the Moon Bear King like he was a Don. It was General Dragon that stole Kutaro's soul from Earth and brought it to the moon.
