Ezma Potts, AKA the Moon Witch, is a character that serves under the Moon Bear King in Puppeteer. She doesn't like his rule, so she has sent numerous puppets to their doom to try and steal the Calibrus from the Moon Bear King. It wasn't until Kutaro came along that her plan was successful, although she couldn't handle the Calibrus.
