Private Wilbur Sykes was a soldier and minor character in BioShock Infinite. Not much is known about Sykes other than the fact that he was hired to hunt down the members of the Vox Populi. A Voxophone reveals that Sykes spent much of his time at the Graveyard Shift, once forgotting to bring a key for a locker containing some potential evidence.
