Vladko Tyran is the leader of The Black Hand, a terrorist group that seeks to start the war between the Helghast and Vektans, in Killzone: Shadow Fall. He is seen leading an attack on the VSA headquarters, where he holds some civilians hostage. He is pursued by Lucas Kellan and eventually escapes from his grasp.
