Reggie Rowe is Delsin Rowe's older brother and a police officer in inFAMOUS: Second Son. He is known to have arrested and bail his brother from jail on numerous occasions, such as tagging buildings with graffiti. He tries to act as a moral compass to Delsin and eventually accepts the fact that he is more than human with his Conduit powers.
