Dimitri joined the Klaww Gang and set up a nightclub in Paris, using it as a front for Arpeggio's master plan. The illegal spices were sent there from Rajan, and sprinkled into the food and drinks, essentially creating the foundation for Arpeggio. Dimitri also had in possession the Clockwerk Tail Feathers, which he used to produce counterfeit money. In the end, he is defeated by Sly and imprisoned by Carmelita.
