Phillia Felice is a protagonist in Tales of Destiny. Philia is a very reserved character which has a lot to do with her being a priestess. She uses a wide array of offensive magic and suprisingly has no healing spells. Philia is from Straylize Temple where she was a practicing priestess she eventually joins the party to stop Lydon who has caused her and her temple many problems.
