Yuri Lowell is a character and main protagonist of Tales of Vesperia. He was born in the Imperial Capital of Zaphias, in the lower quarter. His journey begins when a thief steals the blastia core, which regulates the water supply. This journey continues, with him being imprisoned and eventually meeting up with Estelle and the other characters. He has a strong dislike for the empire, likely due to being a commoner. He can be rather sarcastic and cynical, and enjoys teasing others, as well as solving the smaller problems.
Yuri has appeared in a number of games outside of Vesperia. He makes a cameo in Tales of Hearts, as well as a cameo in Tales of Graces, where Asbel Lhant has access to his clothing as a costume. He is a playable character in Radiant Mythology 2 and Radiant Mythology 3, as well as Tales of VS. and Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave. Yuri also appears in the crossover game, Project X Zone, where he is paired with Estelle.
