Sherry Birkin is the daughter of William and Annette Birkin. First appearing as a child in Resident Evil 2, she has since appeared in a few games outside the main series (non-canon or spin-off).
In October 2012, Sherry rejoined the main series as the Division of Security Operations agent assigned to protect Jake Muller, the only carrier of antibodies against the C-virus, in Resident Evil 6.
