Matt Horner is a Terran character in the StarCraft universe, second-in-command and captain of Jim Raynor's ship, the Hyperion. He takes command of the flagship and its troops every time Jim Raynor has another mission to accomplish.
A very good friend, kind man and mercifull, Matthew never agreed with Arcturus Mengsk's ways of murdering innocents and was one of the first to join Jim Raynor.
