Valerian Mengsk is a Terran character in the Starcraft universe. As a son of Arcturus Mengsk, he dedicated himself to physical conditioning and weapons training without the guidance of his father. Valerian doesn't always agree with his father's ways and doesn't consider all his father's enemies his enemies.
