Victor Zsasz is a criminally insane serial killer and nemesis of Batman. He typically uses knives and carves a tally of his kill count into his own skin. While in Arkham City, he becomes known as The PayPhone Killer because he begins calling inmates on phones and murdering them quickly thereafter.
