Fire Emblem - Path of Radiance is a strategy game with RPG elements in which you play as Ike, a mercenary caught in a gigantic war between multiples countries.
The game start when the Daien Empire invades the peaceful nation of Crimea. Ike and his party help the Crimean army to repel the agressors, supported by several neibhouring nation of Laguz (i.e. non-humans).

In the Grann Desert on chapter 15 go to the upper righthand corner of the level and travel 15 spaces West left and 1 space South down and voila you randomly got some boots
