God of War III is an action-adventure game developed by SCE Studios Santa Monica for the PlayStation 3. A teaser trailer was first revealed during Sony's E3 press conference in 2008. It was released March 16, 2010 in North America, March 19, 2010 in Europe and March 25, 2010 in Japan.
