Neo Bowser City, also called Koopa City in Europe, is the third track in the Star Cup in Mario Kart 7. It is a modern, Bowser-themed city full of neon signs in a stormy night. The course is full of winding raods and tunnels, with a tower and a jump near the end. Puddles are frequent and can cause your kart to skid out if you turn while driving through them.
