The Super Flower Cup is the second super cup and is unlocked when you get 3rd place or higher in the Super Mushroom Cup. This cup has a total of six teams in it and uses the table system with double round-robin meaning you will play each team twice. If you get 3rd place or higher you unlock the Super Star Cup and if you place first you unlock the Field Tip cheat.
