Tales of Legendia is a ps2 game developed by Project Melfes and published by Namco for the Sony Playstation 2. It Succeeds Tales of Rebirth and Preceeds Tales of the Abyss.

Story
Tales of Legendia's story revolves around Senel Coolidge, a young martial artist who along with his sister Shirley end up crash landing on a giant ship the size of a country called the Legacy. The story picks up once they awake and Shirley is kidnaped and Senel meets a few people who are willing to help him save her. Though the quest to save her eventually intertwines with a much larger plot that will affect much more than senel and his would be sister.
Gameplay
Tales of Legendia handles Traversal similar to past tales and rpgs in general with a heavy emphasis on dungeon and world map traversal. Legendia is notable for not having many towns and very long dungeons as well as a fast travel system that utilizes underground tunnels.
Artes
Artes in Tales of Legendia are special skills that allow players to inflict major damage on foes. their are character specific artes for each character and for the most part no technique repeats from character to character.
