Get Tear's title Big Sister from the hyperressonance training events, and buy back Tear's pendant. After viewing the scene in front of the stairs at Eldrant, go to the area with the Selenia flowers outside Tear's room for a scene where Tear gets the title and costume.

Talk to the maid in Natalia's room at Baticul Castle. for a scene and the costume.
Monster Collector
Only availabe during 2nd playthrough after clearing Absorption Gate. Talk to the kid in the cat suit on the 3rd floor of the Ketterburg hotel.Then defeat the Behemoth, Sand Worm, and Replicantis, then talk to the child again to get the respective title.
