Nintendo Land is an interactive theme park game developed by Nintendo for the Wii U. The game are designed to showcase the capabilities of the Wii U GamePad, as well as the Wii MotionPlus controller and is centered around 12 different attractions, each with its own take on a Nintendo franchise. Every attraction features brand new gameplay experiences using the Wii U GamePad. Depending on the attraction, players can compete solo or against other players, or even team up to play cooperatively.
The theme park is hosted by a screen-like robot that offers hints and tips, as well as provides tutorials for the various games. Coins can be earned by playing the different games, which can be redeemed for Nintendo-themed rewards within the theme park. The games can be accessed by walking around the park, or by taking a train that rides by all of the attractions.
