Your name is Flynn (it is the default name and can be changed) and you see some people in a dream. You and your friend Issachar attend the Gauntlet ceremony and the protagonist meets the people he saw in his dreams, who have just become Samurai. He groups with them to chase after the Black Samurai, who has been turning the Casualties caste into demons.
