Technical Machines (TMs for short) are items that allow you to teach a move to a Pokemon. They are multi-use items that can be found, bought and even gotten as rewards, with a total of 100 TMs being in the game. There's a few Pokemon that cannot learn any moves via TM, which are as follows:
