Shigeru Miyamoto is a famed Japanese video game designer and producer. He is one of the most well-regarded developers in the industry, responsible for creating some of the most critically and comercially well-received franchises in the history of the medium, such as The Legend of Zelda, Mario, Donkey Kong, Star Fox, and Pikmin.
Miyamoto has worked for Nintendo for almost 40 years and is currently the firm's Nintendo Entertainment Analysis and Development (Nintendo EAD) branch manager.
