Konami has released a new patch for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain for the PlayStation 4 an PC which fixes the notorious "Quiet bug". The bug causes players' saved games to become corrupted if they try to play through missions 29 or 42 as Quiet.
As Konami notes in the Tweet above, users playing the game on the Xbox One, Xbox 360, or PlayStation 3 should expect those versions to be fixed soon as well.
